Rules and Guidelines of Using Profile/Display PicturesDisplay pictures look nice and fancy when posting on the forums, but there are several rules to take into account when setting up your picture. 1. Pictures must be set at about 100x100, or less. Much bigger may cause the page to stretch or warp the size and shape of posts, so please keep your picture at a decent size. 2. Display pictures are entirely optional. Any user has the choice of whether or not they wish to have a display picture at all. 3. All general picture rules apply to display pictures. General picture rules can be found here . 4. If asked about where your image originated from, please display a link to the site in which you found the image or supply the original owner's site. This also applies if you yourself created the image. 5. If we ask you to remove your image for whatever reason, please do so. You have the option to use a different image as your new Display Picture. 6. If we are asking you to remove an image, this does not necessarily mean that the image was innopropriate. We may also ask you to remove a picture if we believe a specific image may be harbouring a virus. 7. To modify or add an image as your display picture, go to your profile and click 'modify profile'. There you can add the image's url and add in how big you wish the image to appear.
